MAF's Personal Hygiene Kit Distribution 2023

This summer, we distributed personal hygiene kits to around two hundred students in Mahim, Palghar. Thanks to your generous support, we have been able to take two more schools from the village under our village: Mahim Aagar School and Tembhi School.

Our hygiene kit  consisted of:

• One towel

• Three sets of undergarments—underpants and undershirts

• Two handkerchiefs

Personal hygiene is one of the areas Aboli focuses on through our projects. We wanted to leave an impression on the students of the importance of hygiene and how it affects life. Therefore, we educated them about how germs are spread and how to keep themselves clean. We also emphasised the importance of brushing teeth twice a day in preparation for our mid-day Brushing Campaign (which we aim to start in the next few weeks).
