Get Ready for our 2024 Yoga Challenge!

Wherever you are in the world, press your palms together and breathe in deep. It’s that time of the year again - time for our Yoga For A Cause challenge — the perfect place to nourish our bodies and minds while exploring new asanas and donating to charity.
Yoga with charity at its heart.
An initiative by yoga practioneer Rasika Krishnamurthy, Yoga for a Cause was started in 2020 & is its 4th year now.
Each day from June 15th to the 21st, a tutorial for a particular asana will be posted on a WhatsApp group.
Your task?
To do the asana, take a picture and share a picture on the WhatsApp group. Easy!!
For each picture sent in by the community, Rasika will donate $1 to the Aboli Foundation, enabling school children in Palghar, India, to receive better access to healthcare & education facilities.
We can contribute directly, too, by adding to or matching Rasika’s daily donations (see www.abolifoundation.org)
So grab your parent, spouse, child, or dog — it’s time for some Yoga, where your efforts go a long way in making a difference!!
