Krishna Janmashtami

To celebrate Krishna Janmashtami, celebrations were held at Temki Paada!

Krishna Janmashtami is the day Krishna, a Hindu deity, was born. A pot of pohe and dahi were hung up on a rope, high in the air, and the students had to build a pyramid of sorts to reach the goodies that were strung up. One boy dressed up as Krishna and two girls dressed up as Radha for the event. There were also lots of dances.
